What Is Spravato™ in Ridgefield, WA?

Spravato™ (Esketamine) for TRD

Spravato™ is an FDA-approved prescription esketamine nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). If you have not found relief from at least two different oral antidepressants, Spravato™ may be an option. It works differently than traditional antidepressants by targeting the brain’s NMDA receptors, offering a new pathway to symptom relief.

We offer advanced TMS Therapy, a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression. This treatment is an excellent option for those seeking an alternative to medication. Our services include Traditional TMS and an Accelerated TMS Protocol.

Our psychiatric care includes expert medication management to ensure your treatment plan is effective and well-tolerated. Led by our experienced providers, we work with you to find the right antidepressant medications, make adjustments as needed, and monitor your progress. This personalized approach helps optimize your path to mental wellness.

Intramuscular (IM) ketamine therapy is another innovative treatment we provide for certain mental health conditions. Administered via injection in a controlled clinical setting, IM ketamine can provide rapid relief for individuals with severe depression. Our team ensures your safety and comfort throughout the process.

We provide specialized PTSD treatment to help individuals process traumatic events and reduce their symptoms. Our approach includes trauma-focused therapy and other evidence-based methods tailored to your unique experiences. We offer a supportive environment for healing, including dedicated military and veteran services.

Our anxiety treatment programs are designed to help you regain control over your life. We utilize methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and medication management to address symptoms of generalized anxiety, panic disorders, and social anxiety. We create a personalized plan to help you manage worry and fear effectively.

GeneSight testing analyzes how your genes may affect your response to certain medications. This genetic test can help our providers make more informed decisions about which medications may be better suited for you. It provides a personalized tool to help guide your medication management plan.

Our Spravato™ Process

Your journey begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation with one of our providers. We will review your medical history, past treatments, and current symptoms to determine if Spravato™ is an appropriate option for you.

If you are a candidate for Spravato™, we will develop a personalized treatment plan. This includes scheduling your sessions and coordinating care, as Spravato™ is taken along with an oral antidepressant.

On the day of your treatment, you will self-administer the Spravato™ nasal spray under the supervision of our medical staff. We ensure you are comfortable and in a relaxing environment for the duration of your appointment.

Because of its potential side effects, you will be monitored in our office for at least two hours after administration. Our team will check your blood pressure and ensure you are feeling well before you are cleared to leave with your pre-arranged transportation.

Your treatment plan will involve an initial series of sessions, followed by a maintenance phase. We will have regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, manage any side effects, and make any necessary adjustments to your overall care plan.
